I found the information on the My Tribe website very helpful and informative. They put me in touch with a broker who was extremely helpful and explained the options very clearly. I am now moving to a different provider, on a better policy, at a much reduced premium.
I was provided with very good service and a quick follow up. All advice given was clear and impartial. So far, great service!
Went through My Tribe to Usay and within 24 hours had our health insurance sorted out for 2026.
I emailed during Christmas and had a prompt response followed up by telephone immediately after the 26th December.
A truly knowledgeable and understanding agent whose clarity of speech made the experience (always stressful dealing with Health Insurance) absolutely straightforward.
He was so very reassuring that I had absolutely no problem discussing our policies and the options available.
Actually, in less than 2 minutes he quite simply said something like 'We can certainly do much better'.
And he did.
The lesson I learned? NEVER accept a renewal quote without shopping around!
